As the darkness is spreading over the world, you are the one who has to protect the Ankh. This requires you to dive into a universe full of dark magic, brutal enemies, and evil powers. It will be necessary to carefully build a tower and use all of its resources thoughtfully - not only to improve your magical abilities but also to repel monster attacks!
Discover each floor’s unique potential, evolve your spells and improve your combat skills. You have to think a few steps ahead to prepare for the next night’s invasions. Remember, each floor can be destroyed during an attack but that’s the price you have to pay to keep the Ankh safe.
Surviving the night means you won the battle, but not the war. Use the light of day to heal the wounds, repair the damage, and improve your skills but don’t waste your time because the next monster wave is coming to your gates and you can expect them to be stronger than before… Defend the sacred symbol no matter the cost.

- Novel Game Loop - build the floors of your tower up and expect them to collapse down when the evil powers destroy them
- Floors' Synergy - every floor in your tower provides different resources to fight the dark forces; combine them to unleash their real potential
- Two Elements - fire and ice are two antagonistic elements which impact the damage or resistance of both the tower floors and the monsters
- Magic System - craft your spells quickly using disposable scrolls or invest more resources to develop permanent runes
- Constant Adaptation - you never know if your strategy will still be valid the next night, so always expect the unexpected
- Increasing Difficulty - it's not enough to survive the night, you must also make progress to prepare for increasingly powerful attacks
- Procedurally Generated Gameplay - each subsequent play-through brings a different challenge, starting conditions, and the environment that strengthens or weakens each element
- Boss Fights - monsters waves are challenging themselves, but the real danger comes from the powerful bosses that attack the Ankh directly
- Permadeath - like in classical rogue-likes, you need to survive till the end of the game. If you fail, you have to start over again: build a new tower and develop a new character.
