Ancestral Trace : Singkawang

Ancestral Trace : Singkawang is a cozy 2D point-and-click puzzle adventure about a young man who returns to his childhood city to uncover the story his family left behind.

Play as Lie Jun Hao, who travels back to Singkawang — a small multicultural city in West Kalimantan, Indonesia — after eleven years away in Jakarta. Armed with nothing but an old family photograph and a vague memory of the place he once called home, Lie discovers his grandfather's incomplete journal hidden inside the family house.

To restore it, he must explore seven locations across the city: a Chinese shophouse alley, a Taoist temple standing side by side with a mosque, a traditional Malay stilt house, a bustling local market, etc.

Each location holds a Fragment — not a piece of paper, but a physical object that once belonged to someone Lie loved.
