Amanita

Amanita is an introspective journey into your mind where the path seems to be only one, and it does not seem to be easy. Let yourself be guided by surreal characters in your thoughts, clash with your memories with sword blows, wander in your memory, play cards with your fears.

About the Game

You are sitting at your computer; suddenly, strange purple mushrooms sprout from your desk. What do you do?

In this game experience, you will be plunged into a surreal world that seems to want to test you. A strange fortune-teller wants to help you: the path is well-marked, but why does it seem like you don't want to follow it? Perhaps another version of you, more impulsive and rebellious, has already passed through the same places, the same corridors, has perhaps already faced the same challenges.

Chasing an unnatural red moon, venture into gloomy forests, explore mushroom-covered caves, and cross dreamlike corridors. Fight your way through memories with sword blows; arrange the pieces of your mind on the game board through strategy, and place your cards at the right moment. Will all of this be enough to face yourself?

A FEW WORDS ABOUT OUR TEAM

Amanita is the first project developed by the Gibberi Games studio, which has, at the time of this announcement, two members: a computer scientist and a philosopher. It could have gone better. As you might expect, the technical side was handled by the former, while the writing and art direction were handled by both.
