Aircraft Tycoon is a strategy and management simulation game where you build and grow an aircraft manufacturing company from the pioneering age of aviation.

Begin with a small operation, limited resources, and early technology. Design aircraft, build prototypes, conduct tests, present your models to the market, and turn commercial opportunities into real orders.

BUILD YOUR AIRCRAFT COMPANY

Start with a modest worksite and gradually expand your company’s capabilities. Manage facilities, finances, aircraft models, contracts, suppliers, and production capacity.

DESIGN AND DEVELOP AIRCRAFT

Create aircraft by combining airframes, wings, engines, flight control systems, fuel systems, equipment packages, and landing gear.

Every decision affects performance, cost, reliability, safety, production difficulty, and how well the aircraft meets the needs of the market.

BUILD AND TEST PROTOTYPES

Turn your designs into working prototypes. Conduct ground tests, complete the first flight, and run flight test campaigns to identify technical limitations and validate each aircraft model.
