About the Game

After-Rain Bookmark is an all-ages Japanese school yuri visual novel about Shizuku Shirakawa, a quiet library committee member, and her classmate Shiori Shiraishi. The rainy season, the culture festival, the old school building's music room, and a handmade bookmark tucked between pages slowly change the quiet distance between them. Shizuku is used to hiding important words inside books, labels, and schedules arranged a little too neatly. Shiori naturally steps across the lines Shizuku draws, but she also carries worries she finds hard to say aloud. As they prepare a small library project for the culture festival, the two girls make bookmarks, arrange displays, borrow supplies from the old music room, and learn through a misunderstanding how to speak a little more honestly. This is a short story about hesitation, closeness, and a gentle confession. Across a school after rain, a silent library, culture festival preparations, and a rainy walk home, watch two girls slowly place the feelings they could not say onto the same page. Features: - A gentle, restrained short school yuri visual novel - A relationship arc built around rain, the library, the culture festival, bookmarks, and the music room - Small choices that change the wording and emotional aftertaste of the confession - Original character sprites, backgrounds, CGs, BGM, and sound effects - Text support for Simplified Chinese, Japanese, English, and Korean Content Note: This is an all-ages work focused on delicate emotions, everyday conversation, and gentle confession. It does not contain adult content.
