Earth has survived the first wave of an alien invasion — mysterious UFO ships have descended on the Almakhill district, bringing not only destruction but also a frightening "gift" — a mutating virus that alters human DNA. Most of those infected by the virus have turned into aggressive mutants.
You are one of the “adapted,” a former scientific soldier of a special unit caught in the epicenter of the catastrophe. To survive, you must develop your body through genetic modifications, unlocking new abilities — from superhuman strength and accelerated regeneration to unique effects caused by mutated organs.
