Absentia is a first-person psychological survival horror game. As Ethan Blake gets captured in the 1940s he finds himself waking in a cell from an abandoned castle. Ethan recognizes the town however he appears to be the only living person in there. Use Stealth and Intelligence to survive.

About the Game

Absentia is a story driven game with a variety of jump scares and puzzles as well as unexpected surprises. You will need to make use of hiding locations and puzzle solving in order to navigate through Absentia. Your aim throughout is to survive and to get out of the nightmare which Ethan finds himself in.

In Absentia you are given a flashlight and this may be recharged throughout by locating battery packs. There are also numerous experiments and Hostile creatures which you may experience throughout Absentia, in order to pass through you must use your intelligence and stealth.

There are numerous locations in Absentia where you can hide such as Wardrobes, under beds, behind solid objects and vehicles. 

The experiments in Absentia are not all friendly or forgiving if you come into contact with them so make sure you save your game regularly!

Throughout Absentia there are puzzle rooms which may require your puzzle/problem solving skills, there are also prompts throughout Absentia which can assist you.

Absentia is heavily story based game with LORE and a back story based on real events, you will locate notes throughout your experience, ensure you read these as this will assist you to proceed.
