About the Game

Magic has appeared across a frozen world where it definitely should not exist.

A waddler has been tasked with figuring out why. Not because they are the most qualified, but because someone had to go. What follows is a journey through lands filled with creatures changed by magic, some dangerous, some… less impressive. The further the adventure goes, the less things make sense. Areas begin to feel off, and everything starts getting a little too magical.

Combat happens in real time, with quick movement, dodging, and a lot of bonking before things bonk back. Some enemies are manageable. Others will absolutely try to ruin your day. Just make sure to use your magic too, since everything around here is a bit magical now.

Weapons and armor can be found and equipped along the way, changing how fights play out. Some builds focus on staying alive, others on ending fights quickly. There is no perfect setup, only the one that works best at the time. They also make the waddler look significantly cooler. For reasons that are still unclear, hamster pets are also involved.

The world is filled with places to explore, quests to complete, dungeons to raid, and characters who may or may not be helpful. Some discoveries make the journey easier. Others just raise more questions.

The entire adventure can be played in local co-op, allowing a second player to jump in at any time. This can make things more manageable, or significantly more chaotic.

Somewhere out there is the source of the magic.

It has not been found yet.

That is probably fine.
