While his body remains in the hospital, Jacob's mind is trapped in a surreal dreamscape where he meets Lumby, an enigmatic character who seeks to guide him towards awakening.
Within this dream, Jacob must journey through five unique worlds, each representing a different aspect of his psyche. These worlds are guarded by powerful bosses that Jacob must confront and defeat if he hopes to escape his prolonged slumber and return to reality.
