About the Game

1992: Rasputie is a turn-based role-playing strategy game where you can build a political career in post-Soviet republics such as Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, or Georgia. Immerse yourself in the complexities of this historical period: economic and political reforms, public protests, lobbying, corruption, and military conflicts. Will you lead your country to freedom and democracy, or will you shackle it under an authoritarian regime?

You have four types of resources at your disposal: capital, public support, power, and authority. Which of these will help you rise to the top? Keep in mind that every choice has consequences, both for you personally and for the entire country.

Your character’s political views, shaped by their actions and public statements, will influence how the public and other players perceive them. Will you seek allies among liberals or turn to socialists? Or perhaps compromise is the best path?
